The Hokkaido region has many self-guided paddle opportunities. From small hikes, to more experienced multi-day hikes. Hokkaido Wilds has GPS hiking route maps, downloadable GPS route files, photos, and more. It is a repository of open-source Hokkaido canoe, kayak and SUP route information in English.

NAC offer a wide range of rafting and SUP tours on the Shirebetsu River - for all levels of experience and from primary school ages and up.
